Gaming Hall / Terminal Management System

Management software for gaming halls, terminal venues and gaming cafés: terminal control, cashier operations, cash reconciliation and multi-venue reporting.

Software for running gaming halls with terminals: terminal management, cashier operations and venue-level oversight. The same system covers gaming cafés and internet café style venues, where the operating pattern — a floor of machines, a cashier, staff on shift and cash moving between them — is essentially the same problem.

It is intended for operators of land-based gaming halls and venue networks that need consistent control over terminals, cash flows and staff operations.

The system addresses the gaps of manual processes — reconciling cash, tracking terminal activity and keeping several venues on the same procedures. Venue operations have a characteristic that online operations do not: cash is physically present, handled by staff, and counted by people. Discrepancies are normal, which is exactly why they have to be measurable. If a shift's takings cannot be reconciled against recorded terminal activity, there is no way to tell an accounting error from anything else.

The software covers terminal registration, status monitoring and configuration from a central point; cashier workflows for player sessions, payouts and shift handover; cash reconciliation between terminals, cashier and venue totals; staff accounts with role-based permissions and an action trail; venue-level and network-level reporting so venues are comparable on the same definitions; and consolidated oversight where an operator runs more than one location.

A typical implementation includes an assessment of your venues and equipment, configuration of terminals and cashier workflows, integration with your platform where required, and on-site or remote launch support.

Where a venue business also operates online, or intends to, the two can share the player and content layer rather than running as unrelated products — game content through the casino games API and the online platform through the casino software. For venue networks distributed through agents or club owners, the agent system covers the commercial hierarchy above the venues.

The practical boundary is hardware. Terminal cabinets, payment acceptors and peripherals come from your equipment suppliers, and what the software can control depends on what that equipment exposes; compatibility is assessed during the venue review rather than assumed.
